Mountain Climbing
The easiest way to climb a mountain is to not think about the distance to the peak, instead think about your next step, and then your next one, and then your next one and eventually you'll be at the top. Focusing on the individual steps to get where you're going is far easier to handle than trying to focus on the big picture. If you focus on making it to the top it feels as though you have to take one superhuman step to get there but if you break it up into single steps it becomes much easier. If you can take one step then you can take one more, and if you can do that then you can take one more, and before you know it you've reached your destination.
